By downloading or using the Siply mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App

Siply is intended for personal hydration tracking and wellness purposes only.

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Health Disclaimer

Siply provides hydration guidance and wellness insights but does not provide medical advice.

The information provided by the app should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

3. Subscriptions

Siply may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, and functionality of the Siply application are owned by Siply and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Liability

Siply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Siply shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application at any time if these terms are violated or if the service is misused.
